Thebe Investment Management, the developer of Nkwashi, has recently completed tarring the first phase of streets and roads to a fully paved bituminous standard. Construction of more than 130 kilometres of streets and roads at the estate will continue on a rolling basis until full coverage is achieved.

Nkwashi is offering fully serviced plots in four typologies and these include Starter (360 sqm), Basic (505 sqm), Standard (670 sqm), and Premium (1300 sqm). The community standards of this mixed use and mixed income community will apply in equal measure to all its residents regardless of the type of plot they have.

Fully serviced plots starting at 734 ZMW per month and payable over a 60 months period, are available in the new town.
